Return and Refund Policy

Refunds/Cancellations - We do not provide refunds for any reason including delays in shipping or back orders. Will refund if I am at fault. Exchange may be an option on selected products.

Incorrect/Missing item - If you received an incorrect or missing item, please contact Starseed Doula Care within 5-7 days of delivery to starseedcare@gmail.com to get a replacement sent to you within a week.  A photo of the incorrect item and a picture of the invoice MUST be sent to the email provided. If the photo or invoice can not be provided, we can not send out the replacement item. 

Processing & Shipping time - Once you have placed your order, you won't receive ANY notifications about it UNTIL A LABEL HAS BEEN CREATED. The shipping method doesn't apply UNTIL your label has been created. Normal processing time is 3-5 days and the shipping ranges up to 5 days depending on the shipping option you choose.

Lost, Stolen, Missing Package & Insufficient Addresses  - If the package is shipped out correctly by the Starseed Essentials and it gets lost or stolen, we as the shipper are not responsible. The address you have on file, is the address we use. You will need to file a claim with the United States Post Office online at https://www.usps.com/help/claims.htm. The claim can take up to two weeks. If they do not accept responsibility, this issue is between you and the carrier.
